Today was a great day at JCMS Agriculture class! We had a very special guest, Mrs Brenda Dyer and her little buddy Sweet Pea! Everyone learned about the parts of a goat and got to compare it to a real live Nigerian Dwarf goat kid.

For their Service Learning Project, the students from Team 8 Black donated funds to purchase two kerosene heaters. As part of a load, these heaters will be on their way to Helene flood victims in North Carolina this weekend! 8th Grade Reading is trying something new with Vocabulary this year! The program is called Fast and Curious and students use a gamified site like Blooket, Gimkit, or Quizizz for daily terms practice.
